At Eskisehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital, necessary measures have been taken to ensure that elderly and disabled people can access the health services offered by the institution on time, effectively, effectively and adequately.
Accessibility; It is to ensure that our disabled citizens can live independently, to fully and effectively participate in all areas of life, and to provide access to other facilities and services that are open to the public in both rural and urban areas, including the physical environment, transportation, information and communication technologies and systems on equal terms with non-disabled individuals, with the principle of "universal design".
Since the day we were founded, we have been working with all our facilities to meet the special needs of our patients and employees and to ensure that they benefit from the services of our hospital in the most efficient way.
The sensitivity we have shown about accessibility and the work we have done have been deemed worthy of receiving an "Accessibility Certificate" as a result of the evaluation made by the Technical Team of the Accessibility Monitoring and Supervision Commission affiliated to Eskisehir Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.
In accordance with the provisions of our ministry's 'Circular on Priority Order in Polyclinic Services' numbered 2010/73-80, priority is given to our disabled citizens in all our polyclinics.

There is 1 (one) Disabled Toilet for disabled individuals.
Written, visual and audio arrangements are made in common areas and elevators in a way that people in every obstacle group can perceive.
When our elevator comes to the floors, it serves our visually impaired patients with the audible warning system and the braille alphabet on the keys.
Areas such as elevators, toilets, sinks, consultations (application counter) are arranged in accordance with the easy access of disabled people.
In order to facilitate wheelchair transfer, the necessary arrangements are made in the relevant areas and supported by holding bars.
For the visually impaired, a follow-up mark and a Braille alphabet are used in common areas.
While the registration and admission procedures of our disabled citizens to health institutions are carried out, the procedures are carried out by ensuring that they live in accordance with their special situation.
Guidance personnel (companion staff) support is provided in order to facilitate service procurement and assist in their procedures for our disabled and elderly patients.
Separate residence groups are allocated for our disabled citizens in common areas.
A disabled transfer vehicle is used for disabled citizens who need to be transferred to another health institution.
For our disabled citizens, a private disabled parking area is reserved in our parking lots and it is specified with signs.
Sign language-speaking personnel and Sign Language Translator are employed to provide communication with hearing-impaired patients.
In our hospital, signs indicating the priorities given to the disabled, the elderly and their relatives are hung in places where they can easily see it, and the braille alphabet is used to ensure that the visually impaired access the information in question.
