He was born in 1982 in Erzurum.
He completed his primary education at the General Selahattin Demircioğlu Primary School in Erzurum.
He completed his secondary and high school education at Eskişehir Anatolian High School (2000).
He is a graduate of Atatürk University Faculty of Dentistry (2006), at the same university.
He completed his PhD in the Department of Prosthodontics, defending his thesis on "Radiographic Examination of the Effect of Soft Lining Material on Vertical Bone Resorption in Lower Complete Denture Patients with Loss of Retention".(2020)
He is also a graduate of Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Public Administration (2020) and Atatürk University, Faculty of Law, Associate Degree of Justice (2019).
He started his professional life at Private OldCityDent Dental Hospital in 2007 and later worked as a Dentist at Kütahya Oral and Dental Health Center and Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital.
Between 2012-2021, he served as the Deputy Chief Physician for 3 terms at Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital and still continues this duty.
He speaks German and English, is married and has 3 children.
