He was born in Ankara in 1976. He completed his primary and high school education in Ankara.
After graduating from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 1999, he started to work in the public sector in 2005.

Aksaray ADSM Institutional Quality Directorate (2008-2009), Eskişehir Çifteler State Hospital (2009-2011),
He served as Deputy Chief Physician at Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital (2012-2014).
He graduated from Turkish Aeronautical Association University, Department of Business Administration in 2014.
He has been working as Deputy Chief Physician at Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital since 05.07.2023.

Born in Eskişehir in 1982, she completed her middle school education at Eskişehir Kılıçoğlu Anatolian High School and her high school education at Eskişehir Fatih Science High School.
She graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. She worked in private practice from 2006 to 2010.
She was later appointed to the Tekirdağ Çorlu Oral and Dental Health Center for 11 years and served as the Head of the General Practitioner's Office at the Seyitgazi Community Health Center from 2021 to 2023.
Since July 22, 2025, she has been serving as the Chief Physician Assistant at Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital.
She is a mother of two.
