He graduated from Kocatepe University Faculty of Engineering Ceramic Engineering, Atatürk University Health Management, Anadolu University Business Administration undergraduate programs.
He completed his master's degree in Public Administration at Selçuk University.
He started his working life at Kırşehir State Hospital in 2003.
As a Dental Prosthesis Technician at Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital between 2006-2008, Kütahya Oral and Dental Health Center between 2008-2010, Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital between 2010-2012,
As an employee of Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital Quality Unit between 2012-2014,
He served as the Quality Management Director at Eskişehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital between 2015-2023.
